Anforderungen: - Qualifikation als Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA oder Pflegehelfer/in (SRK) oder FAGE - Sicherstellung der und Betreuung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einer Fachperson - Erfahrung im Bereich der und Betreuung von Bewohnenden - Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten - Einfühlungsvermögen und Respekt im Umgang mit Bewohnenden - Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung Das La in Elsau, frei übersetzt «das Häuschen», bietet Menschen mit Demenz Wohn- und Lebensraum in einem geschützten und familiären Rahmen.
