Du bist eine organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit, behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Baustellen den Überblick und koordinierst Termine zuverlässig. Du arbeitest gerne selbständig, kommunizierst sicher mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Verglasungsarbeiten reibungslos ablaufen.

Deine Aufgaben

\- Vorbereitung Vertragswesen je Objekt (Montage, Abdichtung und Verglasung)

\- Verwaltung und Koordination der Weiterentwicklung der Rahmenverträge

\- Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten, Rechnungskontrolle sowie Ablage und Verwal\-tung der Unterlagen von Subunternehmern

\- Organisation und Reservation der Baukräne

\- Unterstützung der Abteilung Montage Koordination allgemein, insbesondere Ter\-minabsprachen und Nachbestellungen

\- Stellvertretung der Abteilung Montage Koordination

Deine Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit

\- Technische Grundausbildung in der Baubranche mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Baubranche

\- Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsgebiet von Vorteil

\- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der MS\-Office Palette

\- Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute bis sehr gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

\- Sehr gutes Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Mass an Zuverlässigkeit
