Die Sozialen Dienste mittlerer und unterer Leberberg (SDmuL) erfüllen delegierte Aufgaben des Zweckverbandes, welcher aus 11 Gemeinden des mittleren und unteren Leberbergs besteht. Wir gewährleisten die verfassungsrechtlich garantierte soziale Sicherheit in den Bereichen Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz, Sozialhilfe und Asyl- und Flüchtlingswesen.

 Im Auftrag des Kantons Solothurn sind wir für die Unterbringung, Betreuung und soziale Unterstützung von Asylsuchenden sowie von vorläufig aufgenommenen Personen mit Wohnsitz in einer der Zweckverbandsgemeinden verantwortlich. Die Asylkoordination kümmert sich um die Wohnungsbewirtschaftung und Unterbringung, sie schliesst Mietverträge ab, koordiniert Umzüge und sorgt für eine bedarfsgerechte Ausstattung der Unterkünfte.

Im Fachbereich Asyl/Flüchtlinge suchen wir zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung

eine Asylkoordinatorin / einen Asylkoordinator 40 - 60% ##

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Suche und Bewirtschaftung von geeignetem Wohnraum für Asylsuchende
  • Möblierung der Wohnungen und Mithilfe bei Umzugsarbeiten
  • Vornahme kleinerer Reparaturen und Auftragserteilung bei grösseren Unterhaltsarbeiten
  • Zuteilung von Wohnungen und Unterbringung der Asylsuchenden in Absprache mit den Fallführenden und der Bereichsleitung Asyl/Flüchtlinge
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Liegenschaftsverwaltungen und Vermietern
  • Betreuung von Asylsuchenden
  • Administrative Arbeiten in der Asylkoordination

Sie bringen mit ###

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung mit EFZ
  • Gutes handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Interesse am Kontakt mit Menschen in teils schwierigen Lebenssituationen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und administrative Fertigkeiten
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
