Das können Sie bewegen

  • Selbständige Leitung von Verfahren im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Persönliche Anhörung von betroffenen Personen sowie weiteren Verfahrensbeteiligten
  • Ausarbeitung von Beschlussentwürfen, Stellungnahmen und Vernehmlassungen
  • Beschlussfassung bei Einzelzuständigkeit und Mitwirkung bei Entscheiden im Behördengremium
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen, Gemeinden, Schulen und Behörden und weiteren Partnerorganisationen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der fachlichen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung der KESB

Was Sie dafür auszeichnet

  • Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (Universität oder Fachhochschule)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzes oder in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsgebiet
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse und Motivation für die gesetzliche Arbeit
  • Belastbare, durchsetzungsstarke, flexible und integre Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Fahrausweis der Kategorie B

Ihr Wirkungsfeld Das Amt für Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz Innerschwyz (KESI) besteht aus der KESB und den Amtsbeistandschaften und ist für den Schutz hilfsbedürftiger Menschen im inneren Kantonsteil des Kantons Schwyz zuständig. Bei uns erwartet Sie eine anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Aufgabe mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum. Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit stehen die betroffenen Menschen und ihre individuellen Lebenssituationen.
