Unsere Stiftung vermittelt und begleitet Wohn- und Arbeitsplätze sowie Ausbildungsverhältnisse für Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung auf landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben in der Deutschschweiz.

mit Interesse an der Landwirtschaft. ###

Sie beraten unsere Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter mit Beeinträchtigung und die Betreuerfamilien in der agogischen Gestaltung des Betreuungs- und Arbeitsverhältnisses oder in Ausbildungsverhältnissen. Sie haben Kontakt zu den Angehörigen bzw. gesetzlichen Vertretungen und zu Eingliederungsfachpersonen, führen Neuaufnahmen und Abklärungen durch und arbeiten in weiteren Geschäftsfeldern der Stiftung mit. Ihre Stärken liegen in einer selbständigen, zielorientierten und partnerschaftlichen Beratungskompetenz und im Beziehungsaufbau.

Sie bringen eine Ausbildung als Sozialarbeiterin/Sozialarbeiter oder Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge und eine Ausbildung als Landwirtin/Landwirt EFZ mit, haben Erfahrungen in der Beratung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung, im Bereich Berufliche Massnahmen der IV und Kenntnisse des Sozialversicherungsrechts. Arbeits- und Lebenserfahrung, Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten und am Autofahren runden Ihr Profil ab. Idealerweise sind Sie zwischen 30-50 Jahre alt und in der Region Ostschweiz/Zürich/Aargau zu Hause. Aus Gründen der Teamzusammensetzung bevorzugen wir eine Frau.
