Was erwartet dich

  • Du führst den Bereich Projektmanagement Fahrweg fachlich, personell und finanziell
  • Dabei führst und unterstützt du ein Team von internen und externen Bauherrenvertreter:innen und förderst die Mitarbeitenden entsprechend ihren Funktionen und Fähigkeiten
  • Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung der Projektdossiers und koordinierst die Projekte untereinander und stimmst diese mit der Erhaltung ab.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv die Projekt\-Portfolio\-Planung und übernimmst Aufgaben rund um die Finanzierung, sowie der Berichterstattung ans BAV, die Geschäftsleitung und den Verwaltungsrat in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsbereichsleitung Infrastruktur.
  • Du vertrittst die Bauherrschaft Forchbahn gegenüber Gemeinden, Kanton, Bundesamt für Verkehr sowie weiteren Anspruchsgruppen adressatengerecht.
  • Du entwickelst Prozesse und Vorgaben im Projekt\-, Risiko\- und Kostenmanagement kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung
  • Du erarbeitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen (Konzepte, Pläne, Eckdaten, Präsentationen) und präsentierst diese
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich präzise und stufengerecht.
  • Du denkst analytisch, vernetzt und bist in der Lage in komplexen Situationen innovative und tragfähige Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Infrastrukturprojekte von der strategischen Planung über die Projektierung bis zur Realisierung (SIA\-Phasen 1 bis 5\).

Das bringst Du mit

  • Hochschulabschluss als Bauingenieur:in (Bachelor oder Master), Weiterbildung in Management und/ oder Recht von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung im Bahn\- und/oder Tiefbau sowie fundiertes Verständnis für rechtliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte im öffentlichen Umfeld.
  • Praxis in Bewilligungsverfahren sowie im Umgang mit Behörden und politischen Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Überzeugungskraft, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Interessen.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an der Führung von Mitarbeitenden.
