  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker:in EFZ mit soliden mechanischen Kenntnissen und Freude sowohl Automatiker:innen EFZ als auch Polymechaniker:innen EFZ in der mechanischen Grundbildung auszubilden und zu begleiten
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken und einem Blick für das Wesentliche
  • Wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen und Freude an der Begleitung von Personen mit erhöhtem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Pädagogisches Flair, ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Begeisterung für die Förderung von Lernenden
  • Selbstständig, teamorientiert, flexibel und zuverlässig. Du packst an und denkst mit

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du führst den Kreis Technik fachlich, personell und betriebswirtschaftlich inklusive Budgetverantwortung
  • Du leitest und entwickelst ein Team von motivierten Berufsbildner:innen und gestaltest eine moderne, zukunftsorientierte Berufsbildung aktiv mit
  • Du verantwortest die Ausbildung und Begleitung von rund 25 Lernenden auf den Stufen PrA, EBA und EFZ und arbeitest eng mit Schulen, IV, Angehörigen und weiteren Partner:innen zusammen
  • Du förderst und befähigst Lernende mit Unterstützungsbedarf und begleitest sie erfolgreich bis zum Ausbildungsabschluss
  • Du planst und koordinierst Ausbildungs\- und Produktivaufträge, stellst die Ausbildungsqualität sicher und sorgst für eine professionelle Dokumentation sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsstandards
