The posting

Das Werkatelier ist eine Werkstatt für Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung und wird vom Kanton Basel-Stadt sowie den Nachbarkantonen subventioniert. Der Verein Werkatelier betreibt zwei Ateliers und stellt Produkte im textilen und handwerklichen Bereich her, die im eigenen Laden sowie an Ständen verkauft werden. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Betreuungsteams infolge Pensionierung einer langjährigen Mitarbeiterin suchen wir per März 2026 eine kreative, offene und administrativ versierte Person.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Begleitung unserer Klient:innen im Arbeitsprozess (inkl. Neuaufnahmen) * Gewährleistung einer individuellen, bedürfnis- und ressourcenorientierten Unterstützung, Betreuung und Förderung * Administrative Tätigkeiten (z.B. Klientendokumentation) * Entwicklung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung neuer Produktideen * Anbieten von Produktarbeiten * Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Supervisionen und Mitgestaltung der Teamzusammenarbeit * Mitgestaltung der Werkstatträume * Mitarbeit im Laden (inkl. ca. 6 Samstage pro Jahr) sowie an der Herbstmesse * Evtl. mittelfristig Übernahme zusätzlicher Aufgaben im Bereich Administration   

Ihr Profil

Erfahrung Sie sind versiert und erfahren im Umgang mit Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung und haben Freude an der direkten Begleitung von Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen. Der Aufbau tragfähiger Beziehungen fällt Ihnen leicht. Sie haben Erfahrung im handwerklich-kreativen Bereich (Nähkenntnisse erwünscht) und sind kreativ. Sie sind versiert darin, administrative Aufgaben zu erledigen und geübt im Umgang mit dem Computer. 

Persönliches Sie begegnen unseren Klient:innen mit Offenheit, Respekt und Empathie und können auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse ressourcenorientiert eingehen. Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und arbeiten gern in wechselnden Teamkonstellationen. Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen bleiben Sie gelassen und vermitteln Sicherheit. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbständige, gut organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz aus und gestalten Veränderungsprozesse gerne aktiv mit. 

Ausbildung Sie bringen eine Ausbildung im handwerklich-kreativen und/oder im sozialen Bereich mit. 

Sprache Sie sprechen fliessend deutsch und kommunizieren klar, empathisch und adressatengerecht.
