Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) Stellvertretung

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung in der (System\-) Gastronomie oder artverwandten Branchen und bringst einen fachlichen Hintergrund im Service mit. Erstes Zahlenverständnis, vernetztes Denken und klare, respektvolle*Kommunikation* sind deine Stärken.
  • Du verfügst über erste Führungserfahrungen und kannst ein Team motivieren und weiterentwickeln.
  • Du bist ein echter Gastgeber und besitzt Teamgeist.
  • Du hast Freude an bereichsübergreifenden Arbeitsfeldern und fühlst dich in der Küche, an der Bar und im Service wohl.
  • Du bist bereit, am Wochenende, sowie Schichtbetrieb und bis spät Abend zu arbeiten.
  • Einsatzfreude: Du packst gern mit an, übernimmst Verantwortung und bist *ein\e Macher\in*.
  • 60\-80% deiner Tätigkeit ist im aktiven Betrieb, nur 20% ist administrativ.
  • Serviceorientierung , Gästezufriedenheit und einSystemgetreuer Betriebsablauf liegen dir am Herzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für das Glück – und damit für die Organisation des Betriebsablaufs am HANS IM GLÜCK Standort.
  • Zusammen mit der Betriebsleitung führst Du das gesamte Team, motivierst Deine Mitarbeiter\*innen, erstellst Dienstpläne für die Bereiche Küche, Bar und Service und gibst regelmässig Schulungen.
  • Du kontrollierst wichtige Kennzahlen wie Produktivität, Personalkosten und Wareneinsatz.
  • Die Durchführung der Tages\- und Monatsabrechnungen sowie Bankeinzahlungen gehören natürlich dazu.
  • Außerdem stellst Du sicher, dass Hygienevorschriften und das Arbeitsschutzgesetz jederzeit eingehalten werden.
  • Bei Fragen von Gästen und Mitarbeiter\innen bist Du erste Ansprechpartner\in.
