\\Ihre Aufgaben\\ Als Betriebsleiterin bzw. Betriebsleiter tragen Sie die operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Lindenpark mit rund 80 Mitarbeitenden (ca. 40 Vollzeitstellen). Gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam entwickeln Sie den Lindenpark weiter. \* Sie führen den Gesamtbetrieb und entwickeln Organisation, Strukturen und Prozesse weiter. \* Sie stellen gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Bereichen eine hohe Qualität in Pflege und Betreuung sicher. \* Sie sind zuständig für die wirtschaftliche Führung und schaffen mit relevanten Kennzahlen transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen. \* Sie gestalten den geplanten Ausbau auf rund 80 Pflegeplätze aktiv mit. \* Sie berichten direkt an den Stiftungsrat und vertreten den Lindenpark gegenüber Behörden, Partnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen. \\Das bringen Sie mit\\ \* eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Aus\\- und Weiterbildung \* mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Alters\\- und Pflegezentrum oder einer vergleichbaren Organisation im Gesundheits\\- oder Sozialbereich \* Freude am Kontakt mit älteren Menschen und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für deren Bedürfnisse \* fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzführung, Budgetierung, Controlling und betriebswirtschaftlicher Steuerung \* ausgeprägte Führungs\\-, Kommunikations\\- und Umsetzungskompetenz \* Sicherheit im Umgang mit Behörden sowie politischen und administrativen Instanzen \* hohe Projekt\\- und Umsetzungskompetenz sowie Freude daran, den anstehenden Ausbau des Lindenparks aktiv mitzugestalten und gemeinsam mit den relevanten Anspruchsgruppen erfolgreich umzusetzen Sie führen klar und wertschätzend, verbindlich und sozial kompetent und begegnen Menschen mit Offenheit und einem gesunden Sinn für Herzlichkeit und Humor. \\Das erwartet Sie\\ \* eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsaufgabe mit viel Handlungsspielraum \* ein engagiertes Führungsteam und ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld \* eine direkte, partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Stiftungsrat und kurze Entscheidungswege \* zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen sowie attraktive Weiterbildungs\\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten \\Interessiert?\\ Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen, Menschen führen und die Zukunft des Lindenparks aktiv mitgestalten?
