Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un boucher-charcutier (H/F).

Description du job ###

Votre mission :

  • Assurer la découpe, le désossage et la préparation des viandes selon les règles de l'art
  • Confectionner des spécialités bouchères et charcutières (saucisses, pâtés, viande séchée, etc.)
  • Conseiller la clientèle sur le choix des produits, les modes de cuisson et les quantités
  • Assurer la mise en valeur et la présentation des produits en vitrine
  • Réceptionner et contrôler la marchandise (qualité, traçabilité, température)
  • Gérer les stocks et participer aux commandes auprès des fournisseurs
  • Veiller au respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP, OHyg)
  • Assurer le nettoyage et l'entretien du poste de travail et du matériel

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Titulaire d'un CFC de boucher/ère-charcutier/ière ou d'une formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire souhaitée
  • Bonne connaissance des techniques de découpe, de conservation et de transformation (salaison, séchage, fumage), ainsi que des normes d'hygiène alimentaire
  • Sens du service client et bon relationnel
  • Rigueur, précision et sens de l'organisation
  • Bonne condition physique (station debout, port de charges, environnement frais)
  • Disponibilité pour travailler le samedi et lors des pics saisonniers (fêtes de fin d'année, etc.)
