Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden, einem international tätigen Unternehmen aus der Industriebranche, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Buchhalter:in 80-100%. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und fertigt technische Lösungen und spezialisierte Maschinen für unterschiedliche Anwendungen. Die Organisation zeichnet sich durch seine vielseitigen Tätigkeiten, eine familiäre Atmosphäre und einen hohen Stellenwert der Zusammenarbeit aus. Der Arbeitsort befindet sich im Emmental und ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verantworten eigenständig die laufenden Buchungen, Kontenabstimmungen sowie die Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse
  • Die Betreuung der Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie die Durchführung von Bewertungen gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet wie die Abrechnung der Mehrwertsteuern
  • Sie stellen das  Cash Management sicher und übernehmen eine unterstützende Rolle bei Planungs- und Reportingprozessen
  • Darüber hinaus wirken Sie bei der Optimierung von Abläufen sowie in Projekten mit und sind als Key User für das ERP-System verantwortlich

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und können idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z.B. eidg. Fachausweis) vorweisen
  • In den Finanzen können Sie mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung vorweisen
  • Auf Deutsch kommunizieren Sie stilsicher, Französisch- oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Mit Ihrer eigenständigen und vorausschauenden Art denken Sie über Zahlen hinaus, erkennen Verbesserungspotenzial und bringen neue Ideen gerne gemeinsam mit anderen voran
