SpeciTec SA recherche un Analyste d'Affaires expérimenté pour soutenir une banque privée dans la révision de ses processus de crédit, avec un focus sur les prêts lombards. Travaillant aux côtés des spécialistes du crédit de SpeciTec, vous documenterez les processus existants, identifierez les opportunités d'amélioration et définirez un Modèle Opérationnel Cible ainsi qu'une feuille de route de transformation.

 

Responsabilités clés

  • Conduire des entretiens et ateliers avec les équipes Front Office, Crédit, Opérations, Risque, Conformité et IT.
  • Cartographier le cycle de vie complet du crédit, de l'origine et l'analyse jusqu'à l'approbation, la documentation, la mise en œuvre, le suivi, le renouvellement et la gestion des manquements.
  • Documenter les rôles et responsabilités, les contrôles, les systèmes et les flux de données, y compris les activités manuelles.
  • Identifier les inefficacités et les lacunes par rapport aux meilleures pratiques du secteur, concevoir les processus cibles et prioriser les initiatives de transformation.
  • Préparer les livrables en anglais et présenter les conclusions aux parties prenantes pour validation.

Profil requis

  • Expérience avérée en analyse d'affaires et cartographie des processus dans la banque privée ou le prêt.
  • Bonne connaissance des prêts lombards, y compris les garanties, les ratios prêt/valeur, les décotes, les limites de crédit, les appels de marge et le suivi des risques.
  • Capacité à mener des entretiens avec les parties prenantes de manière autonome et à traduire les discussions commerciales en documentation claire et structurée.
  • Maîtrise de la modélisation des processus, idéalement avec BPMN ou Visio, et de la cartographie des responsabilités via des matrices RACI. Une expérience dans la conception de Modèles Opérationnels Cibles serait un avantage.
  • Solides compétences analytiques, de communication et de rédaction de rapports, avec un anglais professionnel indispensable pour les livrables.

Détails de la mission

Basée à Genève, avec une durée indicative de 8 à 10 semaines, sous réserve de confirmation du périmètre et de la disponibilité des parties prenantes. Date de début à convenir. La mission couvre l'analyse et la conception du modèle opérationnel cible ; la mise en œuvre et le développement IT sont hors périmètre.
