Dans le cadre de son développement, Boissec SA recherche un(e) Business Developer afin d-accélérer sa croissance et de renforcer sa présence auprès des acteurs clés de la construction et de l-immobilier en Suisse romande.

1. Objectifs principaux du poste : ##

  • Développer de manière durable et rentable le chiffre d-affaires en Suisse romande.
  • Identifier et conquérir de nouveaux clients, marchés et projets.
  • Détecter les projets en amont et développer la prescription de Boissec SA.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d-affaires et de marge fixés.
  • Représenter Boissec SA de manière active et professionnelle sur le marché.

2. Vos responsabilités : ##

  • Prospection active du marché.
  • Développer des relations solides avec les décideurs, prescripteurs et partenaires commerciaux.
  • Identifier les projets de construction, rénovation et aménagement à fort potentiel.
  • Conduire les rendez-vous et négociations jusqu-à la concrétisation des affaires.
  • Assurer une veille du marché, de la concurrence et des nouveaux projets.
  • Assurer un suivi structuré des opportunités, visites et actions dans le CRM.
  • Participer aux événements clients et manifestations professionnelles.

3. Votre profil : ##

  • Expérience réussie dans le développement commercial B2B, idéalement dans la construction et/ou l-immobilier ;
  • Solide réseau professionnel existant en Suisse romande, notamment auprès des architectes, maîtres d-ouvrage, entreprises générales et investisseurs immobiliers ;
  • Excellente connaissance du tissu économique romand et des circuits de décision ;
  • Fort tempérament de développeur : prospection, ouverture de portes, négociation et conclusion ;
  • Autonomie, organisation, persévérance et orientation résultats ;
  • Permis de conduire ;
  • Formation technique dans la menuiserie, l-ébénisterie ou la construction ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et CRM - Un atout.
