Mit rund 135 Angestellten werden täglich 7 eigenen Filialen betrieben und über 50 Lieferkunden beliefert. Das Unternehmen wird in 3. Generation von Raffael und Lucia Schefer geführt. Nebst der Bäckerei Konditorei Schefer AG betreibt die Familie Schefer die Schefer Gastronomie AG. Als regional verankertes Unternehmen und Leader in Qualität erbringt die Bäckerei Schefer überregional qualitativ hochstehende Leistungen. Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Service von Vorteil
  • Freundliches, sicheres und gastorientiertes Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Kaffee und Getränke wünschenswert

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Service im Café: Freundliche Betreuung der Gäste, Bestellaufnahme sowie Servieren von Getränken, Speisen und Desserts
  • Mittagsservice: Aufnahme und Servieren von Bestellungen sowie Zubereitung einfacher Getränke
  • Beratung & Gästebetreuung: Beratung zu Speisen und Getränken, Berücksichtigung von Sonderwünschen und aufmerksame Betreuung
  • Sauberkeit & Ordnung: Pflege des Cafébereichs, Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung des Servicebereichs
  • Teamarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Service für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
