Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet-s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
Join Pictet-s Operations Data Office to build and run data solutions that power our banking operations. You will work at the intersection of IT, data platforms and business teams.
Your role ##
\- Collect, organise and analyse user requirements, and design data flows / pipelines between client data reference systems and data platforms to bridge business needs with data processes. \- Perform and automate data extractions and mass updates in data warehouses (Snowflake) to support reporting, operational campaigns and data quality improvements. \- Propose, prototype and implement optimised solutions using AI tools (incl. LLMs) to replace legacy work processes and continuously improve operational quality and efficiency. \- Actively participate in strategic and cross departmental projects related to client static data (tax & regulatory, compliance, IT modernisation), working with IT and business teams to design and deliver data driven solutions. \- Contribute to data governance by defining and applying data quality rules, controls and documentation, ensuring that regulations, internal procedures and directives are correctly implemented in our data processes.
Your profile ##
\- Master-s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent. \- First experience working with complex datasets (finance or other industries). \- Strong data literacy (data governance, quality frameworks, regulatory awareness). \- Fluent in spoken and written French and English. \- Strong SQL skills; experience with AI tools (incl. code generation assistants) is an asset. \- Experience working with industry standard BI tools and data platforms such as Tableau and Snowflake; Python or R for data is a plus. \- Residence in Switzerland required
