Was dich erwartet

  • Übernahme von Begleitdossiers und Analyse medizinischer, beruflicher und sozialer Situationen
  • Begleitung des beruflichen Wiedereingliederungsprozesses mit individueller Beratung und enger Betreuung zur Förderung der Rückkehr an den Arbeitsplatz
  • Sicherstellung der Koordination mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen: versicherte Personen, Arbeitgeber, Ärzte, Versicherer, IV und weitere beteiligte Stellen
  • Durchführung von Gesprächen vor Ort und Verfassen von Berichten inklusive vollständiger Nachverfolgung der Mandate
  • Aktives Positionieren des Case Managements durch externe Vorstellungen, Kundentermine sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Fach- und Partnernetzwerken

Was du mitbringst

  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis in Sozialversicherungen und/oder CAS in Case Management
  • Erfahrung in der Krankentaggeld- und Unfallversicherung nach UVG mit medizinischen Kenntnissen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und zwingend sehr gute Französischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1)
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Empathie sowie eine lösungsorientierte, pragmatische und resiliente Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis und eigener PW sind Voraussetzung
