Unsere Abteilung ist eine zentrale Drehscheibe des Spitalbetriebs. Hier kommen die unterschiedlichsten Anliegen zusammen, von Patient:innen und Angehörigen bis zu Mitarbeitenden, Ärzten und Ärztinnen. Wir sind ein gut eingespieltes Team von acht Personen und unterstützen uns gegenseitig mit unserem Wissen und unserer Erfahrung. Dabei sorgen wir gemeinsam dafür, dass auch in hektischen Situationen der Überblick und die Ruhe nicht verloren gehen.   Du suchst eine Herausforderung mit geregelten Arbeitszeiten, bei der deine Erfahrungen als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann voll zum Tragen kommen? Dann ist das dein Job!

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du übernimmst die Organisation, Koordination und Administration der stationären Rehabilitationen und Kuraufenthalte
  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für die Beratung von Patienten, Angehörigen und Behandlungsteams und stimmst die Zielvorstellungen mit Kostenträgern und Dienstleistungserbringern ab
  • Du koordinierst Kostengutsprachen, Einsprachen, Eintrittstermine und Transporte, stellst die nötigen Dokumente bereit und verwaltest diese im Kundensystem 
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Spitalerfahrung als Pflegefachperson
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz, diplomatisches Geschick im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen, sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im multidisziplinären Spitalbetrieb
  • Eine hohe Flexibilität und sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und im Umgang mit dem Klinikinformationssystem
