Introduction ##

Pour notre secteur Support Industrialisation & Production, nous recherchons un Chargé de projets transverses (H/F) dont la mission principale sera de piloter des projets visant à améliorer la performance, la fiabilité et l'efficience des activités d-industrialisation et de production.

Responsabilités ##

  • Cadrer, planifier et piloter des projets en garantissant délais, coûts et qualité
  • Animer des ateliers et groupes de travail pour faire émerger des solutions pragmatiques et partagées
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la résolution de problèmes et l-amélioration de leurs pratiques
  • Fédérer l-ensemble des contributeurs autour des objectifs et valoriser le travail d-équipe
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs clefs, anticiper les risques et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires
  • Assurer la communication auprès des parties prenantes et des instances de pilotage
  • Diffuser les méthodes, outils et bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet et d-amélioration continue

 

Profil ##

  • Formation supérieure en gestion de projet, génie industriel, organisation ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience réussie en gestion de projet et/ou en animation de démarches d'amélioration continue en environnement industriel est fortement appréciée
  • Certification en gestion de projet (PMP, Prince2) et en Lean/Six Sigma est un plus
  • Capacité à structurer des sujets complexes, analyser les données et transformer les idées en plans d-action
  • Leadership transverse, sens de la facilitation et aptitude à fédérer sans lien hiérarchique direct
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d-initiative et excellentes qualités relationnelles
