Chargé(e) d-affaires - Construction / Technico-commercial(e) (H/F)

 

Dans le cadre du développement de HDM Construction Sàrl, entreprise active dans les travaux de construction, génie civil, béton armé, terrassement et aménagements extérieurs dans les cantons de Vaud et Genève, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d-affaires / Technico-commercial(e) afin de développer notre activité et notre portefeuille de clients.

 

Vos missions

 

  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et identifier de nouveaux chantiers
  • Développer un réseau auprès des entreprises générales, promoteurs, architectes, bureaux d-études et maîtres d-ouvrage
  • Obtenir et suivre les demandes de soumissions
  • Identifier les opportunités de marchés publics et privés
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients
  • Participer à l-élaboration des offres et soumissions avec notre équipe technique
  • Présenter et négocier nos offres commerciales
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu-à la signature des contrats
  • Maintenir une relation commerciale de qualité avec les clients
  • Effectuer un suivi des chantiers remportés en collaboration avec la direction et les conducteurs de travaux
  • Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d-affaires fixés par la direction

 

Votre profil

 

  • Expérience confirmée dans le secteur de la construction en Suisse
  • Expérience en développement commercial / acquisition de chantiers
  • Très bonne connaissance du marché de la construction dans Vaud et/ou Genève
  • Réseau professionnel établi dans le secteur : entreprises générales, promoteurs, architectes, etc.
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation et de communication
  • Autonome, dynamique, organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats
  • Capacité à comprendre les aspects techniques des travaux de construction
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
  • Français courant
  • Un portefeuille clients existant constitue un réel avantage
