Vous souhaitez contribuer à un projet innovant au coeur de la transformation numérique d'une administration publique ? Le Service d'organisation et d'informatique (SOI) recherche une ou un auxiliaire pour participer au projet d'adoption d'une solution d'identité numérique à la Ville de Lausanne. Durant 6 mois, vous contribuerez à analyser les enjeux, les besoins et les conditions d'intégration de cette solution au sein du système d'information de la Ville.

Le SOI pilote et développe le système d'information de la Ville de Lausanne. Il accompagne les 7 directions dans leur transformation numérique et veille à la cohérence, à la sécurité et à la performance des solutions IT utilisées par plus de 6000 collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Il contribue ainsi au développement de services numériques fiables et adaptés aux besoins de l'administration et de la population.

Contrat d'auxiliaire d'une durée de 6 mois

Mission(s) principale(s) ###

Analyser les enjeux organisationnels, techniques et sécuritaires liés à l'adoption des technologies e-ID et AGOV au sein de la Ville

Évaluer les modalités d'intégration de ces solutions dans l'architecture existante (processus, applications, gouvernance des accès)

Contribuer aux phases de tests et de validation en coordination avec le Groupe gouvernance et les autorités cantonales et fédérales

Identifier les risques, contraintes et facteurs clés de succès liés au déploiement d'une solution d'identité numérique dans un environnement public

Proposer un cadre méthodologique (framework) structurant l'adoption et l'intégration des technologies e-ID/AGOV, en collaboration avec les équipes du SOI

Profil ###

Master HES ou universitaire en informatique, orientation Computer Science ou domaine apparenté, achevée ou en cours

Connaissances des approches OAuth2, OIDC, STS

Connaissances des technologies LDAP (OpenDJ, Active Directory)
