Pour qu’un litre fasse toujours un litre (par exemple lorsque vous faites le plein), METAS effectue des étalonnages, des évaluations de la conformité et prodigue des conseils à l’intention de l’économie, de la recherche et de l’administration. Source de confiance, notamment sur le plan social et politique, l’exactitude métrologique est indispensable dans de très nombreux domaines : circulation routière, facturation de l’électricité, dissémination du temps, mesures pour l’environnement et la santé, etc. Autant dire qu’à METAS, les disciplines se côtoient et dialoguent depuis 1862\.

Vos nouveaux défis

  • diriger le service interne chargé de toutes les questions relatives au droit métrologique national et international et assurer le conseil juridique, notamment en matière de droit administratif, de droit des contrats et de droit procédural
  • rédiger et vérifier des contrats, des prises de position juridiques et des rapports, notamment pour le compte de la direction
  • diriger le domaine Droit et ses deux collaborateurs en ce qui concerne les sujets spécialisés, les finances, le personnel et l’organisation
  • diriger des projets législatifs dans le domaine de la métrologie et contribuer à l’évolution du cadre juridique, apporter votre soutien pour les prises de position dans le cadre des consultations des offices
  • mener des procédures ainsi que rédiger des décisions et des requêtes adressées aux tribunaux

Votre profil

  • diplôme universitaire en droit et, dans l’idéal, qualification supplémentaire telle que brevet d’avocat, doctorat ou diplôme étranger (p. ex.
  • au moins 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle au sein d’un tribunal, d’une administration ou d’un cabinet d’avocats ; connaissances approfondies des procédures juridiques de l’administration fédérale, expertise avérée en droit public et expérience en matière de législation et de collaboration avec les autorités suisses et étrangères
  • compétences en matière de direction, de communication et de négociation, esprit d’équipe, sens de la diplomatie et intuition politique ; recherche de solutions avec, toujours, les résultats en vue, pensée conceptuelle et systémique et goût de la collaboration interdisciplinaire ; capacité à gérer la pression en gardant votre sang\-froid même en cas de délais serrés
  • excellentes compétences rédactionnelles dans au moins une langue officielle, bonne maîtrise active d’une deuxième langue officielle et de l’anglais, et, si possible, connaissance passive d’une troisième langue officielle
  • personnalité responsable et pragmatique, sens du service à la clientèle
