CHEF(FE)S D'ÉQUIPE FRET (M/F/D) TAUX D'OCCUPATION \| 100% STATION \| GENÈVE AÉROPORT

TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Diriger une équipe, promouvoir un professionnalisme de haut niveau et une bonne atmosphère de collaboration
  • Veiller à la bonne application des instructions de Swissport, des compagnies clientes et des autorités aéroportuaires
  • Assurer un service de qualité conformément aux buts et standards fixes
  • Faire preuve d’initiative, avoir de bonnes compétences d’analyse
  • Préparer les envois de fret pour les vols palettisés ou vrac
  • Saisir les données relatives au fret traité à l’export et à l’import dans le système Cargospot
  • S’assurer de la conformité du chargement afin de garantir la sécurité de vol et un service efficace pour notre clientèle
  • Signaler spontanément toute irrégularité au Duty Manager
  • Assurer un flux optimal des envois de fret, fixer les priorités et initier spontanément la collaboration entre les équipes

PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES

  • Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans le fret aérien
  • Excellente connaissance de français, bonnes notions d’anglais
  • Permis de conduire définitif catégorie B
  • Un permis de cariste ou de poids\-lourd est un atout supplémentaire
  • Aisance informatique
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et à diriger une équipe
  • Réactivité et grande conscience professionnelle
  • Aptitude à effectuer des tâches de manutention
