Vous êtes passionné par la coordination et la supervision des projets en génie civil et vous aspirez à un engagement professionnel stable et durable ? Mous serions enchantés de recevoir votre candidature pour l'un de nos clients dans la région du Bas-Valais. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de leur futur :

Chef d'équipe génie-civil en CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Superviser une équipe de 3 à 5 collaborateurs sur le chantier
  • Collaborer avec un technicien pour organiser et planifier les travaux
  • Assurer une coordination efficace entre les intervenants
  • Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et veiller à la sécurité des collaborateurs
  • Rédiger les rapports journaliers de chantier
  • Cultiver l'esprit d'équipe et promouvoir une collaboration harmonieuse entre les collègues et l'ensemble du personnel de l'entreprise

Profil

  • Titulaire d'un CFC de maçon, diplôme de chef d'équipe ou équivalent, ou expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
  • Permis de machiniste serait un atout
  • Adaptabilité et disponibilité requises, avec compétences avérées en organisation, leadership et motivation d'équipe
  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'initiative fortement appréciés, ainsi qu'un sens accru des responsabilités
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire et excellente maîtrise du français
  • Vous résidez actuellement ou envisagez de vous établir dans la région de Martigny
  • Ouvert aux candidats de la vallée d'Aoste
