  • Conservation et traitement appropriés des aliments
  • Conception de notre offre culinaire
  • Organisation et achat des denrées alimentaires
  • Assurer une collaboration efficace entre tous les postes de cuisine
  • Contrôle des tâches quotidiennes et coordination avec l-équipe de cuisine
  • Respect et contrôle des règles d-hygiène
