Pour notre activité CMF (Craniomaxillofacial) à Bâle, nous recherchons un Chef de Produit Senior Global expérimenté. Dans ce rôle, vous prendrez en charge un segment de produit global tout au long de son cycle de vie - depuis le développement de la stratégie produit et des nouveaux produits jusqu-aux lancements internationaux et au développement continu du portefeuille existant.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Développement Produit, l-Ingénierie, QM/RA, la Production, la Logistique, le Marketing et les Ventes tout en restant étroitement connecté à nos clients et marchés. Grâce à une interaction régulière avec les chirurgiens, au suivi des évolutions technologiques et à l-analyse du paysage concurrentiel, vous veillerez à ce que les besoins du marché et des clients soient constamment reflétés dans notre développement produit.

Vos responsabilités

  • Prendre en charge un segment de produit global au sein de CMF et développer sa stratégie produit et son portefeuille tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.
  • Diriger les projets de développement produit avec la responsabilité des délais, des coûts et de la qualité, y compris la planification et la gestion des budgets de projet.
  • Développer de nouveaux produits et améliorer les solutions existantes en étroite collaboration avec le Développement Produit, l-Ingénierie, la Production, la Logistique, le Marketing et les Ventes, en les soutenant depuis l-idée initiale jusqu-à la mise en œuvre.
  • Planifier, coordonner et gérer les lancements internationaux de produits et fournir les connaissances produit requises via des formations et autres activités de lancement.
  • Surveiller les tendances du marché, les concurrents, les développements scientifiques et les technologies émergentes et traduire les informations pertinentes en stratégie et développement produit.
  • Construire et maintenir un réseau international de chirurgiens et d-opinion leaders médicaux clés par des interactions régulières, des visites en salle d-opération, des congrès et d-autres engagements clients.
  • Recueillir systématiquement les retours du marché et des clients après les lancements de produits et initier des améliorations produit, des actions correctives et des modifications si nécessaire.
  • Contribuer à la préparation de la documentation produit et réglementaire requise en collaboration avec QM/RA et l-Ingénierie et assurer un flux d-informations efficace entre les partenaires internes et externes.

Vos qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, ingénierie, sciences naturelles ou domaine comparable.
  • Vous avez au moins 7 ans d-expérience en gestion de produit dans l-industrie des dispositifs médicaux, idéalement dans un environnement international.
  • Bonne compréhension du marché des dispositifs médicaux et des exigences réglementaires pertinentes.
  • Esprit stratégique et analytique combiné à la capacité de piloter de manière autonome et systématique les projets de développement et de lancement produit.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projet avec la capacité de coordonner efficacement divers intervenants internes et externes.
  • Personnalité collaborative et communicative avec la capacité de construire des relations à long terme avec des clients internationaux, des experts médicaux et des partenaires internes.
  • À l-aise dans un environnement international et interculturel, avec la volonté de visiter régulièrement les clients, les salles d-opération, les congrès et les marchés pertinents.
  • Très bonne maîtrise écrite et orale de l-allemand et de l-anglais ; des langues supplémentaires sont un avantage. Bonnes compétences Microsoft Office et expérience avec les systèmes PLM complètent votre profil.
