ISSA SA est une entreprise suisse spécialisée dans les isolations techniques et la protection incendie passive. Fondée en 1973, son siège est situé à Vaulruz (FR). Forte de plus de 50 ans d'expérience, elle intervient principalement en Suisse romande dans les domaines de l'isolation thermique, frigorifique et acoustique, ainsi que du calorifugeage des installations techniques et des réseaux industriels. L'entreprise réalise également des solutions de protection incendie passive pour les bâtiments industriels, tertiaires et résidentiels. Présente à Vaulruz, Delémont et Sion, ISSA SA met son expertise au service de projets visant à améliorer l'efficacité énergétique, la sécurité et le confort des bâtiments. Elle fait partie du Groupe ROTH, acteur reconnu dans le secteur des techniques d'isolation et protection incendie.

Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet motivé(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à la réussite de nos projets en Suisse romande.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer et coordonner les projets de manière autonome
  • Contrôler les coûts, les délais et la qualité
  • Encadrer et coordonner le personnel de montage
  • Garantir la sécurité au travail sur les chantiers
  • Participer à l’établissement des offres
  • Assurer le suivi direct des clients et acquérir de nouveaux mandats

Qualifications

  • Plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle en tant que conducteur:trice de travaux, chef:fe d’équipe ou chef:fe de projet, de préférence dans le domaine de l’isolation technique ou de la technique du bâtiment
  • Formation commerciale complémentaire, un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, logiciels de gestion de projet, etc.)
  • Sens de l’organisation, des responsabilités et esprit d’équipe
  • Personnalité communicative et fiable
  • Esprit entrepreneurial
  • Expérience dans la conduite d’équipe
