Notre client est une organisation reconnue du secteur public, basée dans la région lausannoise.

Job Description ##

  • Piloter le volet métier d'un programme majeur de modernisation du système d'information.
  • Planifier, coordonner et suivre les activités, ressources, priorités, risques et dépendances du projet.
  • Concevoir et coordonner la migration des traitements existants vers le nouvel environnement.
  • Piloter plusieurs équipes et chantiers de migration en parallèle.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes métier, IT, la direction et les partenaires externes.
  • Recueillir, structurer et prioriser les besoins utilisateurs selon leur valeur et leur complexité.
  • Contribuer aux spécifications, aux phases de tests et à la réception des solutions.
  • Structurer le reporting projet et fournir à la direction les éléments nécessaires à la prise de décision.
  • Piloter les activités de communication, de formation et d'accompagnement au changement.
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire et contribuer aux arbitrages dans un environnement contraint.
  • Garantir le respect des standards de gestion de projet et des principes de gouvernance définis.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Diplôme universitaire de niveau Master ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 années d'expérience confirmée en gestion et conduite de projets.
  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage de projets complexes de transformation ou de modernisation SI.
  • Excellente capacité à coordonner des équipes et interlocuteurs aux profils métier et IT complémentaires.
  • Expérience dans la conduite de projets présentant des contraintes organisationnelles, budgétaires ou de ressources importantes.
  • Expérience en accompagnement au changement, communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Une expérience en Business Analysis, notamment dans la formalisation et la priorisation des besoins, constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement data, analytics, statistique ou scientifique serait particulièrement appréciée.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur public suisse constitue un avantage.
  • La connaissance de HERMES ou d'autres méthodologies reconnues de gestion de projet serait appréciée.
  • Excellentes capacités de leadership, de communication, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit et bon niveau d'anglais technique.

What's on Offer ##

  • Une mission de longue durée à environ 80 %, sur un programme prévu jusqu'à fin 2030.
  • Une rémunération comprise entre CHF 140'000 et CHF 150'000 brut annuel à 100 %, selon expérience.
  • Un poste basé à Lausanne, offrant un haut niveau de responsabilité et un rôle central dans un programme de transformation stratégique.
  • Un jour de télétravail par semaine possible.
