Chef de Service

Mansioni: - Accoglienza degli ospiti, garantendo un servizio cortese e professionale; - Coordinamento del servizio di sala durante i turni di lavoro; - Presa delle comande e supervisione del corretto svolgimento del servizio; - Gestione della cassa e delle operazioni di apertura e chiusura; - Organizzazione, coordinamento e supervisione del personale di sala; - Collaborazione con la cucina per assicurare un servizio efficiente e di qualità; - Gestione delle richieste e delle eventuali segnalazioni della clientela, assicurando elevati standard di soddisfazione.

Requisiti: - Comprovata esperienza quale Chef de Service o in analoga funzione di responsabilità nel settore della ristorazione o alberghiero; - Ottime capacità organizzative, di leadership e gestione del personale; - Spiccato orientamento al cliente e ottime doti relazionali; - Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione mantenendo elevati standard qualitativi; - Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana; - Buonaconoscenza della lingua tedesca (requisito indispensabile); - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e la conoscenza del francese costituisce titolo preferenziale; - Disponibilità al lavoro su turni, inclusi domeniche e giorni festivi; - Automunito oppure in grado di raggiungere il luogo di lavoro con i mezzi pubblici compatibilmente con gli orari di servizio.

Condizioni di impiego: - Sede di lavoro: Locarno (Piazza Grande) - Grado d'occupazione: 100%; - Contratto a tempo indeterminato; - Entrata in servizio: da subito; - Attività svolta su turni, con servizio di pranzo e cena; - Retribuzione e condizioni d'impiego conformi al CCNL HotellerieSuisse / L-GAV.
