Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un(e) * *Client Data Officer (H/F).

Votre mission ##

Pour le compte de notre client, un établissement bancaire de renom, nous recherchons un(e) Client Data Officer (H/F).

Au sein de l'équipe Client Data Management, vous êtes responsable de la qualité, de l'exhaustivité et de la conformité des données et de la documentation clients. Vous intervenez tout au long du cycle de vie client, de l'ouverture de compte aux revues périodiques, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires et des procédures internes.

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Contrôler la conformité de la documentation client conformément aux réglementations en vigueur (KYC, AML, CDB, FATCA, CRS/EAI).
  • Assurer l'ouverture, la mise à jour et la clôture des relations clients dans les systèmes internes.
  • Effectuer les revues périodiques des dossiers clients et garantir leur complétude.
  • Vérifier la cohérence des informations collectées et identifier les éventuelles anomalies ou données manquantes.
  • Assurer la qualité et l'intégrité des données clients au sein des bases de données.
  • Suivre les demandes de remédiation documentaire et coordonner les actions correctives avec les équipes concernées.
  • Participer aux projets liés à l'amélioration des processus KYC, AML et Client Lifecycle Management.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Front Office, Compliance, Risk et Operations.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des exigences réglementaires applicables.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation commerciale, bancaire, financière ou équivalente.
  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une banque ou d'un établissement financier.
  • Bonne connaissance des réglementations KYC, AML, CDB, FATCA et CRS.
  • Expérience en onboarding, revue périodique ou gestion de données clients.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de gestion documentaire.
  • Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais professionnel.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et excellente attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à gérer des volumes importants de dossiers dans le respect des délais.
