Suite au départ à la retraite de la titulaire, nous recherchons pour notre site de Conthey, un(e) \\Collaborateur(trice) Export \\\& Administration\\ Dans ce rôle clé, rattaché(e) au Group CFO, vous contribuerez activement à la gestion des opérations export ainsi qu'au bon fonctionnement administratif de l'entreprise. Vos principales responsabilités : \\Gestion des exportations\\ \* Préparation et établissement des documents de transport et de douane (e\\-dec, certificats d'origine, carnets ATA) \* Coordination avec les transitaires \* Organisation des transports en Suisse et à l'international \\Administration financière\\ \* Traitement des lettres de crédit et relations avec les banques \* Facturation clients et suivi des paiements dans SAP Business One \\Support opérationnel\\ \* Organisation des voyages d'affaires des collaborateurs (vols, hôtels, voitures de location, visas) \* Coordination et suivi des demandes clients (FR / EN / DE) en soutien aux gestionnaires de projets \\Administration générale\\ \* Key\\-user du système de gestion des temps en soutien aux RH \* Gestion de la réception, de la centrale téléphonique et de l'accueil des visiteurs \* Traitement du courrier, classement et archivage Votre profil: \* Formation commerciale ou administrative (CFC ou équivalent) \* Expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement avec export en logistique internationale \* Aisance avec les outils informatiques (SAP Business One un atout) \* Très bonnes compétences écrites et orales en français et anglais, allemand un atout \* Personnalité organisée, autonome et orientée service Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? \* Temps de travail annualisé \* Un environnement international \* Fermeture annuelle entre Noël et Nouvel\\-an \* Possibilité de formation complémentaire \* Assurance LaMal offerte aux enfants\\\* Lieu: Conthey (VS) Taux d'activité: 80 % Entrée en fonction: de suite Merci d'adresser votre dossier complet (CV, lettre de motivation, certificats) à: \[ \](\< \>) j4id10422793a j4it1040a j4iy26a
