Notre bureau exerce notamment des prestations d'appui et de soutien aux Communes dans le cadre de la Police des constructions et des Marchés publics pour lesquelles nous cherchons à renforcer nos effectifs avec un(e) : \\Collaborateur(trice) pour la Police des constructions, les Marchés publics et l'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage\\ Votre profil : \* une expérience professionnelle dans l'architecture, l'aménagement du territoire, le droit ou dans un service communal (idéalement plus de 3 ans et en Suisse) ; \* une motivation à compléter vos connaissances dans ces domaines ; \* de bonnes qualités de dialogue, de rédaction et de vulgarisation ; \* un bon sens des relations public\\-privé. Vos tâches, en collaboration avec l'équipe en place : \* l'analyse de demande de permis de construire pour les Communes avec lesquelles nous collaborons ; \* le suivi des dossiers (recommandations sur les procédures, réponses aux oppositions, ...) ; \* l'organisation de procédures d'appel d'offres en rapport avec les Marchés publics ; \* le rôle d'assistance aux Maîtres d'Ouvrages publics et privés (choix de procédures, organisation de concours, appels d'offres en rapport avec les Marchés publics, ...).
