Zum Aufbau unseres neuen Compliance\-Bereichs suchen wir per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung am Hauptsitz in Zürich eine/n Compliance Specialist.

Compliance Specialist (80\-100%)

In folgenden Bereichen bieten wir interessante Perspektiven:

  • Mitverantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance\- und Kontrollsystems der Kanzlei
  • Prüfung neuer Mandate sowie periodische und anlassbezogene Überprüfung bestehender Klientenbeziehungen
  • Durchführung risikobasierter KYC\-, AML\- und Sanktionsabklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen
  • Analyse von Klientenrisiken und Beurteilung von Screening\-Treffern
  • Prüfung von Interessenkonflikten und Begleitung der entsprechenden Freigabeprozesse
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen bei komplexen oder möglicherweise risikobehafteten Mandaten sowie Eskalation von Risiken an die zuständigen Stellen
  • Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Beurteilung ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Kanzlei
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Compliance\-Richtlinien, Prozesse und Kontrollen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Compliance\-Kontrollen
  • Ansprechperson für Partnerinnen, Partner und Mitarbeitende bei Compliance\-Fragen
  • Mitwirkung bei Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmassnahmen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und regelmässigen Updates zu Compliance\-Themen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Paralegal oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische oder juristische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance, vorzugsweise in einer Anwaltskanzlei
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Geldwäscherei\- und Sanktionsrechts sowie der KYC\- und CDD\-Anforderungen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Klientenstrukturen und wirtschaftliche Hintergründe zu analysieren
  • Exakte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohes Mass an Diskretion, Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen verständlich und adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Stilsichere Deutsch\- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
