Elle offre un environnement stable et des conditions de travail attractives. Elle recherche actuellement un-e Comptable financier-ère pour renforcer son équipe. Le poste propose des missions variées en comptabilité financière et analytique

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous assurez le suivi complet des débiteurs en contrôlant les factures, en établissant les facturations périodiques, en suivant les encaissements et en gérant les rappels avec rigueur
  • Vous prenez en charge les opérations de banque en contrôlant les notes de frais, en enregistrant les mouvements de liquidités et en préparant les écritures de bouclement mensuel avec précision
  • Vous contribuez à la comptabilité analytique en réalisant les décomptes TVA, les écritures transitoires, les budgets ainsi que la préparation des dossiers de bouclement et d-audit
  • Vous gérez les opérations liées aux fournisseurs, aux paiements manuels et aux écritures diverses tout en assurant un classement fiable et une correspondance administrative structurée
  • Vous intervenez également sur la comptabilité d-immeubles et de certains projets, et accompagnez le suivi d-un-e apprenti-e

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d-une formation professionnelle en comptabilité ou d-une formation correspondant aux exigences d-une fonction financière polyvalente, avec une solide compréhension des opérations comptables courantes
  • Vous valorisez une expérience pratique en comptabilité financière et analytique ainsi que toute formation continue qui renforce votre maîtrise des bouclements, de la TVA ou des budgets
  • Vous maîtrisez le français à l-oral comme à l-écrit et êtes à l-aise dans les échanges professionnels ainsi que dans la correspondance administrative
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office, particulièrement Excel, et êtes à l-aise avec les outils bureautiques, les ERP et logiciels de gestion comptable 
  • Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, organisée et fiable, vous appréciez le travail varié, savez garder une bonne vue d-ensemble et collaborez facilement avec une équipe
