Conseiller/ère en assurances pour la clientèle entreprises en Suisse romande Dans la perspective du départ à la retraite de notre collaborateur de longue date en 2027, nous recherchons, pour le 1er mars 2027, une personne engagée qui reprendra la responsabilité de notre clientèle en Suisse romande et contribuera activement à son développement. Vos missions Vous assurez la gestion technique et administrative de notre portefeuille de clients entreprises et contribuez à son développement (la part du service externe représentant environ 40 % de l’activité). Vous accompagnez en particulier nos membres de Suisse romande et participez ainsi au développement de notre offre d’assurances dans cette région. Vous prenez en charge l’ensemble du processus d’assurance: analyse des besoins, établissement et comparaison des offres, négociations avec les compagnies d’assurance, conclusion des contrats et traitement des sinistres. Profil requis Vous remplissez les conditions requises pour l’enregistrement auprès de la FINMA en tant qu’intermédiaire d’assurances et disposez d’une expérience dans le conseil aux entreprises, notamment dans les domaines des assurances de choses, responsabilité civile, voitures et de personnes (hors LPP). Vous communiquez de façon claire, êtes à l’écoute des clients et appréciez le travail en équipe. Même dans des situations exigeantes, vous faites preuve de résilience et cherchez des solutions adaptées. Vous êtes disposé(e) à vous déplacer en Suisse romande pour des rendez\-vous clients. Vous vous exprimez avec aisance en français et disposez de bonnes connaissances orales de l’allemand. Vous travaillez de manière autonome, structurée et rigoureuse, tout en gardant une vue d’ensemble lorsque plusieurs demandes de clients, offres et sinistres sont en cours.
