Etablissement fleurissant et dynamique, la Banque Raiffeisen d'Assens couvre une large zone d'activité et bénéficie d'un fort ancrage local grâce à ses agences situées à Goumoens-la-Ville, Cheseaux, Crissier et Renens, lui offrant ainsi de nombreuses perspectives pour le déploiement de ses activités. Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons, pour notre point de vente de Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, un·e Conseiller·ère à la clientèle en prestations de base, pour une entrée en fonction dès le 1er décembre 2026 (ou à convenir).

Qu'est-ce qui vous attend? ##

  • Conseiller de manière qualitative les clients se présentant au guichet.
  • Suivi et gestion active du portefeuille clients de l'agence, prospection, prise de rendez-vous.
  • Définir et exploiter le potentiel des clients, proposer des solutions et produits correspondants à leurs attentes.
  • Gestion des caisses, automates à billets et des compartiments de coffre-fort.
  • Cross-selling actif et transmission des questions techniques au conseiller compétent.

Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une  formation bancaire suisse et avez acquis une première expérience professionelle dans un poste similaire? Doté ·e d'une personnalité engagée, d'une excellente présentation et d'une conscience professionelle reconnue, vous aimez le contact avec la clientèle, le travail en équipe tout en pouvant être autonome? Alors nous serions ravis de vous accueillir parmi notre petite équipe pour collaborer au développement de nos activités.
