Au cœur de ce processus, le pilotage des outils de suivi de la performance financière occupe une place stratégique au sein du groupe. Pour soutenir son développement nous recherchons un(e) :

 

Contrôleur(euse) de Gestion

Votre mission ###

Partenaire dans la digitalisation de la fonction Finance, vous construisez avec le métier les cockpits KPI et les tableaux de bord qui vont permettre de piloter la rentabilité de l'entreprise. Vous supportez les Business Partner Finance & Controlling dans la préparation et la saisie des données financières ainsi que dans l'élaboration des reporting. Vous êtes garant de la qualité des données que vous utilisez et de la robustesse de vos traitements. Au contact du terrain, vous intervenez régulièrement auprès des interlocuteurs métiers et œuvrez pour l-amélioration des process. Vous vous positionnez en apporteur de solutions dans une logique gagnant/gagnant.  Pour ce faire, vous assurez les missions suivantes :

 

Controlling :

  • Support à l'établissement de la clôture mensuelle
  • Calcul des CCR et suivi des marges
  • Calcul des prix de transfert entre les différentes entités
  • Suivi budgétaire de nos Functional Units

KPI :

  • Analyse de la performance commerciale vis à vis des budgets et des prévisions (plans commerciaux)
  • Établissement du rapport mensuel KPI Ventes et interlocuteur des entités pour la communication et les explications des résultats
  • Développement et amélioration des reporting via PowerBI

Finance :

  • Suivi des investissements
  • Analyse et présentation des frais de transports en étroite collaboration avec le service expédition
  • Analyses diverses sur les frais généraux

Budget :

* Responsable budgétaire des domaines ventes, investissements et Functional Units

Vos compétences ###

 

Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en comptabilité générale. A l-aise avec les outils informatiques (Suite Office, Excel incontournable, outils BI), vous maitrisez le fonctionnement d-un ERP (idéalement SAP). Le traitement et la manipulation des données est centrales sur ce poste. Analytique et rigoureux, l-attention aux détails est un point fort et vous savez gérer les priorités. Bon communicant, vous interagissez avec des interlocuteurs dans un contexte international. L-anglais important pour cette fonction. 

Votre parcours ###

 

Issu(e) d-une formation supérieure en finance/comptabilité/contrôle de gestion, vous possédez une expérience de 2 ans en contrôle de gestion acquise en environnement industrielle.
