Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Planung und Koordination von MICE- und Corporate Events über mehrere Hotelstandorte hinweg
  • Betreuung anspruchsvoller Veranstaltungen von der Anfrage bis zur Nachbearbeitung
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung und reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Events Teams
  • Förderung der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung durch moderne Technologien und AI-Tools
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Rooms, Revenue und den operativen Teams
  • Optimierung von Prozessen, Standards und Tools im MICE-Bereich
  • Verantwortung für die Nachbearbeitung inklusive Rechnungsstellung und Kundenfeedback

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Event-, MICE-, Sales- oder Hospitality-Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation Corporate Events sowie in der fachlichen Führung
  • Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und künstlicher Intelligenz
  • Organisations- und Koordinationstalent, lösungsorientiert
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, das setzen von Prioritäten
  • Qualitäts-, pflicht- und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Teamplayer, Macher-Persönlichkeit
  • Gewinnendes Auftreten
  • Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
