Qu'est-ce qui vous attend? ##

Responsabilités clés

  • Évaluer, approuver ou rejeter les demandes de crédit dans le cadre des compétences attribuées.
  • Assurer le rôle « Back » dans la séparation Front/Back pour les cas non standard.
  • Servir de partenaire technique (« sparring partner ») pour les conseillers clientèle sur les questions defi nancement.
  • Identifier et expliquer les risques, proposer des solutions alternatives.
  • Suivre les réglementations et directives internes, garantir leur application.
  • Traiter des affaires axées sur le financement de promotions immobilières et accompagner les équipes Front dans l'analyse des risques associés.

Environnement

  • Collaboration étroite avec les unités Front et les équipes Risk.
  • Participation à des projets liés à la surveillance des opérations de crédit.

Qu'apportez-vous? ##

Expérience confirmée Minimum 5 ans dans l'analyse et la validation des crédits clientèle entreprise (crédit en blanc, financement immobilier) Compétences techniques Maîtrise des réglementations bancaires et normes de risque. Expertise en évaluation des risques complexes. Compétences dans le domaine Recovery, un atout. Formation & certifications Formation professionnelle supérieure ou diplôme HES secteur bancaire/finance Soft skills Rigueur, esprit analytique, sens critique. Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration. Orientation solution et gestion des priorités.
