Sie begleiten Kunden professionell, koordinieren unterschiedliche Anliegen und bewegen sich dabei in einem modernen, digitalen Automotive\-Umfeld mit viel Eigenverantwortung und kurzen Wegen.

Customer Care Manager Automotive

Das bewegen Sie

  • Sie betreuen Kunden über Telefon, E\-Mail und Chat und sorgen für ein professionelles und positives Kundenerlebnis.
  • Sie bearbeiten Anfragen, Spezialfälle und Eskalationen selbständig und finden auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Sie koordinieren Aufträge und stimmen sich eng mit internen Fachbereichen ab, damit die Prozesse von A bis Z reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Sie begleiten Fahrzeugauktionen und unterstützen Kunden bei Abläufen rund um die digitale Handelsplattform.
  • Sie behalten Kunden\- und Auftragsdaten, Verrechnungen und Reportings im Blick und bringen Ihre Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Serviceprozesse ein.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und echte Freude am täglichen Kontakt mit Kunden.
  • Interesse an der Automobilwelt und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen. Erfahrung aus der Automotive\-Branche ist ein Plus.
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team Lösungen zu finden.
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse sind für diese Position zwingend erforderlich. Weitere Sprachen sind willkommen.
