Data Analyst / Expert Data Intelligence (80%) (f/m/d)

Pour le compte de notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons un Data Analyst / Expert Data Intelligence (f/m/d) chargé de concevoir, développer et faire évoluer les solutions décisionnelles nécessaires au pilotage des activités de la Direction Infrastructure, à la valorisation des données et à l'amélioration continue de la performance des actifs.

Ta mission

  • Analyser les besoins métiers et les traduire en indicateurs, modèles de données et solutions décisionnelles adaptées.
  • Concevoir, développer, maintenir et faire évoluer des tableaux de bord opérationnels, tactiques et stratégiques sous Power BI.
  • Intégrer, fiabiliser, historiser et modéliser des données issues de sources hétérogènes, notamment au travers d'API et de flux en temps réel.
  • Développer des analyses avancées et prédictives permettant d'identifier les tendances, anomalies, causes racines et leviers d'amélioration de la performance.
  • Administrer la plateforme Power BI, assurer la gestion des habilitations et des licences, superviser les performances et garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la traçabilité des données.

Ton profil

  • Idéalement 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en Data Analyse, Business Intelligence ou Data Intelligence dans des environnements complexes.
  • Maîtriser Power BI à un niveau avancé, notamment DAX, Power Query, la modélisation de données, les modèles sémantiques et l'optimisation des performances.
  • Excellente maîtrise de SQL ainsi que bonne maîtrise de Python (panda et scikit\-learn), notamment pour les analyses avancées et prédictives.
  • Maîtriser l'intégration de données issues de sources multiples, les API, les flux temps réel ainsi que les principes de qualité, sécurité et traçabilité des données.
  • Posséder une bonne compréhension des enjeux de performance opérationnelle, de maintenance et de fiabilité des actifs dans des environnements techniques ou industriels.
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et d'esprit d'analyse, avec une capacité à conseiller les métiers et à restituer des sujets complexes de manière claire.
