Introduction ##

Au sein de la division Production, vous mettez la data science au service de la performance industrielle, de la maîtrise des procédés et de la qualité. Vous intervenez sur des projets à fort impact opérationnel, en lien direct avec les équipes terrain, notamment sur des problématiques de process, de contrôle, avec entre autres l-utilisation de la vision.

Présent sur trois sites de production, le rôle demande à la fois une solide capacité d-analyse et de réalisation technique, mais aussi une vraie aptitude à comprendre les enjeux métier, à créer de l-adhésion autour des projets et à rendre accessibles des sujets parfois complexes.

Responsabilités ##

Rôle et responsabilités :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers pour les transformer en cas d-usage data science ou machine learning.
  • Concevoir des modèles pour répondre à des enjeux tels que, la détection d-anomalies, l-aide au diagnostic, l-amélioration du contrôle qualité
  • Assurer l-industrialisation, le suivi de performance et la maintenance des solutions en production.
  • Restituer les analyses de manière claire et formuler des recommandations utiles à la décision.
  • Contribuer à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques, à l-innovation et au développement de la culture data au sein de l-organisation.

Compétences techniques :

  • Excellente maîtrise de Python et de l-écosystème associé : PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, Polars, scikit-learn, MLflow, Seaborn, etc.
  • Capacité à construire des approches analytiques rigoureuses, dans une démarche scientifique et orientée résolution de problèmes.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux d-industrialisation des modèles : qualité de code, tests, versioning, documentation, maintenance.
  • Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques de développement logiciel : Qualité de code, Tests,gestion de version avec GIT, travail collaboratif
  • La connaissance de Dataiku constitue un atout

Profil ##

  • Diplômé(e) d-un Master / MSc en Informatique, Data Science, Statistiques ou domaine équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en data science ou machine learning, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou de production.
  • Vous savez rendre accessibles des sujets techniques complexes.
  • Vous faites preuve d-écoute, de curiosité, de rigueur et d-autonomie.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve), orienté(e) solutions et aimez faire avancer les sujets de manière concrète.
