Das Departement Pflege und Fachsupport des Kantonsspitals Graubünden umfasst sämtliche Pflegebereiche. Neben den Bereichen Bildung und Room-Service gehören auch die verschiedenen Fachbereiche dazu. Wir sind ein buntgemischtes Team aus verschiedenen Fachgebieten und suchen eine Unterstützung, die idealerweise täglich vor Ort ist.   Bist du organisiert, kommunikativ und möchtest einen wichtigen Beitrag im Gesundheitswesen leisten? Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du unterstützt die unterschiedlichen Bereiche bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im täglichen Betrieb
  • Du planst und koordinierst Sitzungen und Anlässe, führst Protokoll und pflegst Ablagesysteme
  • Du betreust unsere Kommunkationskanäle, erstellst Dokumente und Präsentationen nach Corporate Identity und wirkst bei departementsübergreifenden Projekten mit
  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte digitale Affinität sowie sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Palette
  • Eine offene und teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die selbstständig und pflichtbewusst arbeitet und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen mitbringt
