Grazie all-impegno e alla competenza degli oltre 6-500 collaboratori e alla loro attenzione verso la relazione umana, l-EOC assicura un-assistenza sanitaria di qualità prendendosi cura di oltre 41'000 pazienti degenti all-anno e fornendo oltre 600'000 consulti ambulatoriali.

Profilo: ##

Il/La Developer si occupa di sviluppare applicazioni software sulla base delle necessità aziendali, nonché di assicurarne la messa in produzione e la manutenzione una volta operative. I principali compiti saranno:

* Provvedere, nel rispetto delle direttive vigenti, all'efficiente ed efficace gestione delle applicazioni distribuite di propria competenza e della relativa banca dati. * Sviluppare le applicazioni software secondo l'architettura di riferimento EOC. * Perseguire un buon livello di automatic test coverage. * Garantire agli utenti la necessaria consulenza in merito alle applicazioni distribuite di propria competenza. * Analizzare e segnalare eventuali errori nel codice degli altri membri del team con un atteggiamento costruttivo e saper ascoltare il feedback (code reviews). * Condividere il proprio sapere all'interno del team in modo spontaneo, facilitando l'apprendimento all'interno dell'Area (pair programming). * Scrivere un codice ben organizzato e strutturato, facile da spiegare e da mantenere (clean code). * Mantenere applicativi di tipo legacy, evolvendoli in maniera incrementale. * Produrre, scrivendone il codice, componenti centrali condivisi tra più applicativi, garantendo una buona copertura di test. * Assumersi la responsabilità della consegna di un prodotto di qualità ed in linea con le esigenze dei clienti interni ed esterni, in particolare assicurando lo svolgimento degli adeguati test sul software prodotto. * Collaborare all'analisi ed alla risoluzione degli errori di software, nonché alla definizione dei metodi di sviluppo. * Collaborare all'analisi delle problematiche all'interno dei processi aziendali. * Assumere e realizzare compiti particolari o ad hoc attribuiti dalle strutture superiori. * Disponibilità al lavoro fuori orario e a prestare servizio di picchetto. *

Requisiti necessari: ##

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale
  • Licenza universitaria in informatica, diploma di ingegnere informatico (SUPSI/USI) o titolo equivalente
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo server-side
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni web (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3)
  • Capacità di analisi dei requisiti e di definizione del fabbisogno con il committente
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale le seguenti conoscenze:

  • Conoscenze stack java (spring, spring boot)
  • Conoscenze con linguaggio TypeScript
  • Sviluppo web responsive con Reactjs
  • Testing automatizzato e gestione QA con Cypress.io o simili
  • SQL e banche dati (PostgreSQL e MongoDB)
  • Esperienza nell-uso di Cloud Providers hyperscaler come AWS, Google o Azure
  • Esperienza nel design di sistemi sicuri
  • Esperienza di sviluppo usando frameworks BPM
  • Esperienza con metodologie di sviluppo agili (Scrum)
  • Esperienza nel settore ospedaliero, sanitario o di informatica medica
  • Esperienza di sviluppo applicazioni mobile
  • Esperienza in CI/CD
  • Pratica nell'utilizzo dell-AI per scrivere specifiche, analizzare l-impatto dei cambiamenti sul codice esistente e generare codice, garantendone la qualità e mantenendone la responsabilità
  • Conoscenza di almeno un-altra lingua nazionale (tedesco o francese)
