Art der Arbeit

Ganzheitliche und professionelle Pflege sowie Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung und Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses

  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erfassung und Beurteilung des Pflegebedarfs
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der pflegerischen Leistungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden sowie neuen Mitarbeitenden

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder gleichwertige SRK\-anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, empathische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Motivation, aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität beizutragen
