Für die Stationäre Wohnintegration suchen wir per 01.12.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie betreuen tagsüber (kein Nachtdienst) im Wohnheim unsere 80 sucht- und psychisch beeinträchtigten Klientinnen und Klienten.
  • Sie sind Bezugsperson für Bewohnende und koordinieren die Betreuungsleistungen.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für Umsetzung des Betreuungsprozesses, inkl. Krisenintervention.
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig in einem berufsgruppen-übergreifenden Team an 365 Tagen im Jahr.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachpersonen und zuweisenden Stellen.

Profil ##

  • Einen Abschluss als Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Erfahrung mit suchtkranken oder psychisch beeinträchtigten Menschen / Akut-Psychiatrie von Vorteil
  • Eine hohe Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz im Umgang mit schwierigen Lebenssituationen
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an einer Arbeit in einem komplexen und anspruchsvollen Fachgebiet
