Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für eine individuelle, bedürfnis- und ressourcenorientierte Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten in der Zeit von 7:00Uhr bis 11:15 Uhr (Early Bird) oder von 17:00 bis 21:15 Uhr (Night Owl)
  • Übernahme und Sicherstellung der Aufgaben als erste Bezugsperson bei sämtlichen pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Schichtleitung in einem Team von Mitarbeitenden mit unterschiedlichen Ausbildungen im Gesundheitsbereich
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, positive Energie und Kreativität
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
