Im Zentrum unseres Handelns stehen Schutz und Sicherheit. Das Notfallzentrum (NZKJP) gewährleistet die stationäre Versorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in psychiatrischen Notfällen und schweren Krisen. Als einzige akutpsychiatrische Einrichtung für Kinder und Jugendliche im Kanton Bern sowie als Teil der Universitätsklinik arbeiten wir in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kompetenzzentren in Biel, Spiez und Burgdorf sowie dem Ambulatorium Bern und anderen. In unserem schnelllebigen und interdisziplinären Notfallbetrieb erwarten dich hochstrukturierte und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeitsfelder mit kollegialer Arbeitsatmosphäre, die von Respekt und Wertschätzung geprägt sind. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust und unterstützt Kinder und Jugendliche in Notfällen und in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die interdisziplinären Fallführung und arbeitest im Behandlungsteam mit
  • Du begleitest und unterstützt Lernende im Berufsalltag und übernimmst die Funktion als Berufsbildnerin/Berufsbildner im Notfallzentrum
  • Du sicherst, entwickelst und evaluierst einen qualitativ hochwertigen Behandlungsprozess
  • Die Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen, Familiengesprächen sowie Supervisionen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Du führst eine elektronische Dokumentation (ORBIS / CUVOS) und eine lückenlose Leistungserfassung (IBI CARE)

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im psychiatrischen Umfeld
  • Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung als Berufsbildnerin/Berufsbildner oder bist bereit, diese zu absolvieren
  • Dich zeichnet eine hohe Sozial\-, Fach\- und Methodenkompetenz aus und du bist bereit, konstruktiv mit einem interdisziplinären Team zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Als verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit bist du engagiert, belastbar und flexibel und bewahrst auch in hektischen Momenten Ruhe und Gelassenheit
  • Du bringst Freude an einer anspruchsvollen Patientenbetreuung in einem lebhaften Betrieb mit
  • Eine selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus

Das Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) ist als universitäre Klinik das führende Kompetenzzentrum für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie in der Hauptstadtregion. Es gewährleistet die psychiatrische Versorgung im Kanton Bern entlang der gesamten Versorgungskette, von der Früherkennung über ambulante, tagesklinische und stationäre Therapien bis hin zu Rehabilitation und Forensik. Mit über 30 Standorten bietet das UPZ ein flächendeckendes Versorgungsnetz. Darüber hinaus leistet das UPZ einen wichtigen Beitrag in den Bereichen Lehre, Aus\- und Weiterbildung sowie Forschung.
