Wir sind ein moderner und gesamtschweizerisch tätiger Dienstleister im Homecare Bereich und bieten ein innovatives und individuelles Betreuungskonzept für Personen, welche langfristig auf eine medikamentöse Therapie angewiesen sind und diese in ihrem gewohnten privaten Umfeld erhalten möchten. Dazu gehören die Durchführung von Infusionen oder Injektionen sowie Trainings zur Selbstverabreichung von Medikamenten.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF – 50 \- 60% in Heimtherapie in den Regionen Basel\-Landschaft / Basel\-Stadt

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verabreichung von Medikamenten bei Patienten mit seltenen Erkrankungen aller Altersklassen in ihrem Zuhause
  • Instruktion der Patienten oder ihren Angehörigen in der Selbstapplikation von Medikamenten
  • Selbstständige Organisation deiner Einsätze sowie die papierlose Erledigung der Administration mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Teilnahme an regionalen Teamsitzungen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Akutbereich (Notfall\-, Anästhesie\- oder Intensivpflegeerfahrung ist ein Plus)
  • Sicherheit beim Legen von peripheren Venenverweilkanülen sowie Erfahrung in der Verabreichung von Infusionstherapien
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität und Organisationsflair
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie empathischer und wertschätzender Umgang
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch\- oder Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Führerschein Kategorie B und Freude am Autofahren
  • IT\-Affinität und Interesse an modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
