  • Betreuen unserer jüngsten Kundinnen und Kunden in der
  • Mitverantwortlich für den Pflegeprozess
  • Selbstständiges Sicherstellen der differenzierten und spezialisierten Pflege

  • Grundausbildung Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Selbstständiges Einschätzen von pflegerischen Situationen
  • Wertschätzende familienzentriere Kommunikation
  • Gute IT Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft mit dem Velo unterwegs zu sein
